Ten Day Service

Our normal policy commits us to providing a written probate valuation within ten working days of receipt of instruction, subject only to the requirement of our client.

Limited charges

We have restricted our minimum charge for probate valuations to £150 inclusive of travelling costs, written report and the first hour on site. Subsequent hours on site are charged at a reduced rate of £75 per hour. We believe this makes our charges considerably lower than any of our competitors. All charges are subject to VAT at the standard rate.
